加州地主应该状告加州司法委员会
新冠肺炎疫情在加州大流行，3月初加州州长发布了全州的紧急状况(State of Emergency)令, 随后3月中又发布行政令授权加州各县及城市禁止赶房客，这项禁止赶房客的命令已经延长到7月28号。其实州长的行政命令不可怕，可怕的是四月6日，加州司法委员会(California Judicial Council)通过的 ER 1(Emergency Rule 1)决定禁止全加州所有法庭文员颁发驱赶房客的传票，时间从4月6日起到州长的紧急状况令结束后90天，这样实际上就无限期地在疫情期间限制了加州地主驱赶房客的行动。
现在最大问题是州长的紧急限制令没有时间限制，有理由相信这个限制令不会在2020年结束，加州疫情现毫无缓解迹象，而专家预测，今年秋天以后应该还会有新一波的疫情出现，这样疫情到明年春天不可能结束，看来加州地主一年之内赶不了房客了。即使一年以后可以驱赶房客，法庭要处理完积压的案件也不会一年半载完成。加州地主是不是就这样看着自己大失血而坐以待毙？
最近一些有识之士，尤其帮助房东驱赶房客的律师明确指出，加州司法委员会的ER 1 是违法的，它违反了正当法律程序(due process)，也没有补偿条款，它尤其保护了那些有能力支付而拒绝支付房租的无赖房客，将疫情造成的损失负担完全只放在房东身上。如果加州司法委员会不废除这个命令，他们将去联邦法庭状告加州司法委员会，已有加州的非盈利法律基金会愿意支付状告的费用，有关律师事务所正在挑选合格房东作为集体诉讼的原告。在此呼吁，作为加州地主，我们应该全力支持这种诉讼行动，维护自己的合法权益。

I wear size 8 shoe -orderd size 8 -normal width .I m 5'7" -130 lbs . They fit perfect . Little snug at first as are all new shoes . Hope this helps with concerning ordering a size larger issue .

These are some of the most comfortable shoes Nike makes. They are worth the money. The last pair I had lasted almost 7 years. I didn't wear them everyday but I was active in them. Eventually I worked out in them everyday after having owned the for about 4-5 years. For sneakers to last that long means something to me.

Honestly its a great shoe in terms of looks and build quality. A few people in the review section said it ran wide- even wide for people who typically need 4E width, but thats false. Its wider than your typical Nikes, but dont let the 4E compatible review get you. If youre a 4E, these shoes will run narrow. But the actual shoes themself are great!

Didn't know if I could find them in the store and definitely was not comfortable looking them up online, but I found the SKU# and searched Amazon and decided to give the shoe a try. Literally shocking quality and don’t look like the originals, I’m not sure how there are so many good reviews… the stitching is terrible and when I sent a photo to the seller to show him that they were bad quality and damaged, he just sent an emoji, which I’m sure would be funny if I hadn’t spent 40 on these!
They also stank of a fishy chemical that took 2 days outside to become a less horrible smell.
